Five steps. The same for every project.

You decide the design. Joy does the work, asks when something is unclear and checks everything before it reaches you. She always tells you which step you are in and what comes next.

  1. Brief

    You send
    Ideas the way you would brief a colleague: messages, voice notes, references, sketches, finish codes, product links, drawings.

    A short written brief: here is what I understood. Approve or correct it in one tap. Nothing is designed before this.

  2. Check

    You send
    Answers to her questions, if she has any.
    Joy sends back
    Her reading of your drawings drawn over your plan, and every missing or conflicting item asked in one go, with buttons. One tap to approve.

  3. Options

    You send
    Your pick, or a mix: option 2 with the shelves from option 1.
    Joy sends back
    Two or three design options as quick images, then two or three material palettes on the one you choose. Change anything here. It takes minutes.

  5. Changes

Two rules that never bend

  • Measurements are exact. Drawings, model and schedules come from one design file and are checked against each other to under half a millimetre. Nothing is guessed.
  • Every final reads as a photograph. Hana checks each image at full size and sends it back if anything looks 3D.
